      • Ask the patient to move their jaw to check for any functional concerns.
    • Offer Preliminary Advice:
      • Based on the visual assessment, we will provide initial guidance or recommendations.
      • Discuss possible causes of the patient’s concerns and potential treatment options.
      • Emphasize the importance of seeking in-person evaluation if necessary.
    • Discuss Treatment Plans:
      • If appropriate, we will discuss potential treatment plans or procedures.
      • Explain the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of each option.
      • Address any questions or doubts the patient may have.
    • Follow-up and Appointment Scheduling:
      • We will Schedule any necessary follow-up appointments for in-person evaluation.
      • Provide clear instructions on what to do before the appointment.
      • Send any required forms or documents digitally for the patient to fill out.
